Bunkeflo is a southern and wealthy suburb to Malmö and in 2007 the local football team were promoted to Superettan for the first time ever. Bunkeflo IF used to play at Brovallen but after merging with neighbouring Limhamn they moved to Limhamns IP (capacity 3,000). Nowadays only the women´s team (currently in Allsvenskan) are playing at Limhamns IP though. The men´s team is once again playing at Brovallen.
