Dalkurd were founded in Borlänge but failing to get an agreement with the local council about redeveloping Domnarvsvallen the club, in November 2017, decided to move to Uppsala. Since the new ground in Uppsala wasn´t ready until 2020 Dalkurd played the 2018 and 2019 seasons at Gavlevallen in Gävle. Since 2020 Dalkurd are playing at Studenternas in Uppsala.
