GröstorpGround: Impevallen Visits: 1 Date: 25th June 2026 Match: Gröstorps IF - Öja FF 1-2 (Division 6 Skåne Sydöstra) Attendance: 130 Gröstorp is a tiny village situated outside Simrishamn. To me Gröstorp is famous for playing in the top table tennis league in Sweden for several years. At the moment the club don´t have a league team at all in table tennis but hopefully they will restart in the coming years. The football section of the club play in Division 6 Skåne Sydöstra and on Thursday evening they hosted Öja in a top of the table tennis. To be honest I hadn´t looked too closely at the table and was surprised when so many spectators showed up. I thought it was 7th v 4th or something. When I looked at the Min Fotboll app I realised it was 2nd v 1st with only one point separating the clubs. It was yet another warm and sunny day and as I arrived my car showed 26 ℃. The route to Simrishamn is quite scenic and this time of the year the area around Kivik and Simrishamn (Österlen) is packed with holiday makers. I estimate a total attendance of around 130 at Impevallen this evening and despite Gröstorp having the best chances early on it was Öja who took the lead and by half-time it was 0-2. Gröstorp pulled a goal back but despite throwing everything forward in the closing stages it ended 1-2 meaning Öja can enjoy the summer break four points clear at the top.
