HöörGround: Jeppavallen Visits: 1 Date: 14th May 2026 Match: Höörs IS - Perstorp Bälinge IK 4-2 (Division 4 Skåne Östra) Attendance: 150 In 2010 I attended a play-off game at Färs & Frosta Arena in Höör and since then I have always thought Höör is playing their home games at that artificial pitch. It was not until earlier this year I realised the club play most of their games at Jeppavallen, the grass pitch with running tracks, situated 200 m from the artificial pitch. There is quite a big stand at Färs & Frosta Arena and with no running tracks and it actually felt like a proper ground. Being only around 45 minutes by car I was of course delighted to be wrong though and was looking forward to re-complete Division 4 Skåne Östra with a visit to Jeppavallen. Thursday 14 May is a public holiday (Ascension Day) in Sweden and it was possible for me to visit a match in the afternoon and then go to Jeppavallen in Höör. In the end I spent the first part of the day with a visit to the cemetery in Eslöv where my dad's parents are buried. For my 90-year-old dad it was of course special to visit the grave for maybe the last time. The lunch at Ekerödsrasten was delicious though and after a few hours of resting at home I was in a good mood as I set off for Jeppavallen. As I arrived at Jeppavallen there was a lot of youngsters playing football at the different pitches at Jeppavallen. Today´s match was at the main grass pitch but unfortunately there are running tracks meaning spectators are quite far from the action. Höör v Perstorp Bälinge turned out to be quite an entertaining football match. Höör was 1-0 up at half-time and it was then 2-0, 2-1, 3-1, 3-2 before Höör sealed the win when making 4-2 in the 86th minute. Two of Höör's goals were scored from corners and Perstorp Bälinge obviously need to practise how to defend corners!
