Karlslund are based in Örebro and were promoted to Division 1 this season. During last year Örebro city council built them a new home, Karlslund Arena, in the western outskirts of the city. Karlslund Arena has a small wooden main stand with around 400 seats and two sides with just a small grass bank as a "stand". The north end of the ground is in front of the club house and this also where you can get something to drink and eat. Around Karlslund Arena there are plenty of training pitches, my friend counted to 20 which says a lot about the number of youth teams Karlslund have. Being such a small club they have to rely on their own players and apparantly they are doing quite well at the moment. The game against Valsta Syrianska, second in the table, finished 0-0 and Karlslund should be able to avoid the drop as they are now mid-table.
