Lyckå FFGround: Lyckåvallen Visits: 1 Date: 5th July 2022 Match: Lyckå FF - Märserum 5-1 (Division 4 Blekinge) Attendance: 75 Most leagues in Sweden are on summer break but there is still the odd game being played. Lyckå FF hosted Märserum on Tuesday evening in Division 4 Blekinge. It is 80 minutes by car for me to Lyckåvallen in Lyckeby but with no other options this week I decided to attend this game. I was outside the ground with 30 minutes to spare and was actually the first spectator to enter Lyckåvallen. The ground itself is quite basic with only one tiny stand on the west side. A grass pitch combined with a sunny, albeit windy, evening made this a nice day out for me. One of the Märserum players had apparently worked until 6pm (kick-off was 7pm) and only arrived 10 minutes before kick-off. As the game started I counted around 75 spectators, which is quite a good crowd at this level. On the pitch Lyckå FF were by far the better team and after the first half it was 4-0 to Lyckå FF. The second half felt more like an exhibition game than a league match. One goal each meant 5-1 to Lyckå FF who can enjoy their summer break six points from a promotion play-off spot. ![]() Lyckå FF- the football team in Lyckeby Badge West Stand Players and officials entering Kick-off East side View of play North End View of play West side West Stand View of play South End Rainbow |
